Seems Imams in Pakistan (97% Muslim) where the average wage is only about a dollar an hour have money to burn since one of them announced a $1 million bounty for killing the cartoonist who drew the Prophet Muhammad caricatures.

PESHAWAR, Pakistan - A Pakistani cleric announced Friday a $1 million bounty for killing a cartoonist who drew Prophet Muhammad, as thousands joined street protests and Denmark temporarily closed its embassy and advised its citizens to leave the country.
Police confined the former leader of an Islamic militant group to his home to prevent him from addressing supporters over the cartoons, amid fears he could incite violence, after riots this week killed five people. [...]

In the northwestern Pakistan city of Peshawar, prayer leader Mohammed Yousaf Qureshi announced the bounty for killing a cartoonist to about 1,000 people outside the Mohabat Khan mosque.

Qureshi said the mosque and his religious school would give $25,000 and a car, while a local jewelers' association would give another $1 million. No representative of the association was available to confirm it had made the offer.

'This is a unanimous decision by all imams (prayer leaders) of Islam that whoever insults the prophet deserves to be killed and whoever will take this insulting man to his end, will get this prize,' Qureshi said.

Moron doesn't even know that it was 12 cartoonists. Also makes one wonder what these demonstrators are actually looking at.

I wonder how many Muslim charities in the US send money over to Muslim Religious Schools in Pakistan? Here's a list of charities that no doubt sponsor Islamic Jihad. Even the American Red Crescent gives money to Pakistan. I think it is time that we ask Congress to put a moratorium on all gift giving to so-called Muslim charities until the CIA can make a list of Islamic countries and organizations that are not sponsoring terror, if such a list exists.

The Brussels Journal, Bounty Offered for Murdering Cartoonists
The Danish Foreign ministry has warned Danish citizens not to travel to Pakistan. The Pakistani religious party Jamaat-e-Islami and its youth branch have offered a bounty for anyone who murders the Danish illustrators who drew cartoons of Muhammad for the Danish daily newspaper Jyllands-Posten.

The Danish ambassador in Pakistan, Bent Wigotski,... said "They might want to get to the Danish illustrators, but if they cannot reach them, they could make do with a scapegoat,” he said. The embassy has warned that the scapegoat could be anybody...

Hmmm, the scapegoat could be anybody - but especially anybody who is not Muslim. I would suggest to all Western citizens not to travel to Muslim countries. Or they could end up in this statistic:
