Here is an excellent video encapsulation of the whole Danish Cartoon Affair and how it got blown all out of proportion: Taqiyya Video.

The word "al-Taqiyya" means: "Concealing or disguising one's beliefs, convictions, ideas, feelings, opinions, and strategies at a time of eminent danger to save oneself from physical or mental injury." A one-word translation would be"Dissimulation." In Arabic the translation would be "hypocrisy in the pursuit of a greater purpose."

This allows Denmark's most famous Imam, Ahmed Abdel Rahman Abu Laban, to forge cartoons if the purpose is to protect himself or other Muslims from slander, blasphemy, or threats of death. Sadly, this disclosure will have no affect on the rampaging Muslim world.

No, not a satire of Mohammed nor any other sacred Islamic figure but a photo of Jacques Barrot, a pig squealing contestant at the French Pig-Squealing Championships in Trie-sur-Baise’s annual festival.

NeanderNews discovered this photo, taken by Bob Edme of AP, posted on an August 15, 2005 AP story seen here on MSNBC’s website.

As many bloggers have reported, Danish Imam Ahmad Abu Ladan, leader of The Islamic Society of Denmark, toured the middle east to create awareness of supposed anti-Islamic cartoons and included the above black and white photo as well as two other undocumented examples.

Akhmad Akkari, spokesman of the tour, explained that the three drawings had been added to "give an insight in how hateful the atmosphere in Denmark is towards Muslims.

Paul Belien summed it best: "[W]hen a country has let in a Muslim minority it has let in the Muslim majority from the rest of the globe.”

Their comments came as a Taliban commander said the Taliban would give 100 kilograms of gold to anyone who killed the person responsible for 'blasphemous' cartoons in Denmark, Afghan Islamic Press reported on Wednesday. The offer came after police in Afghanistan fired into a crowd of protesters, killing three, as they marched on a US base in Qalat City.

Let me do the math for you: 100 kilos=3215.1 troy ounces * 566/oz = $1,819,746.60

I wonder how one would go about collecting? You kill the editor at JP in Denmark, you go to some mountain cave where this warlord keeps his camels or wives (or vice-versa) and you ask for the reward money. As he slices your throat the last thing you hear is, "infidel dog! Only a cowardly Jew would kill for money!"
