Hoping in this manner to slowly chip away at the wild, wild west of the Internet, our own brand of Taliban will attack the fringe areas of porn, what will first be described as 'deviant' porn such as bestiality. I'm certain most of us figure we can live without seeing Rover banging Mary; that's pretty disgusting, so we will let them take that away.

Next there's golden showers which, admit it, makes you cringe, so let's piss that away.

How about imported German scheise films. If you don't know what I mean, you probably don't watch South Park. Scheise films involve men and women defecating upon each other and without Saran Wrap, yet. That stuff is crap anyway, so it's an easy one to give up.

What about bondage and rape porn? Well, only sickos, sadists and masochists would enjoy that, slap me silly, let them take that away.

It's illegal to have sex with a corpse anywhere in the United States, so the portrayal of such content should be illegal as well. That's a dead issue - gone.

How about rim jobs, blowjobs, sex between the toes? Ping-pong balls shooting out from vaginas, Pepsi cans stuffed into them, women smoking cigarettes with them? What about women smashing aluminum cans with their huge breasts or midgets screwing women without legs or arms? Obviously deviant - Boom - Gone.

What about stuffing anal cavities with fruit, vegetables, and everyday kitchen utensils? Cruelty to food - Gone.

Back in 1957, the government attempted to prevent the publication of a poem and pressed charges against Alan Ginsberg and poet laureate Lawrence Ferlinghetti, claiming that they were guilty of criminal obscenity for distributing a poem that contained drug references and overt homosexual themes. Perhaps now the Feds get another shot at doing away with gay or transsexual sex. That has to be deviant, no? So we'll let them take that away.

There are many cities in this country where anal and oral sex is not legal, so that should be viewed as deviant. Really, anal porn, how many people really enjoy that crap anyway? I mean doing it, not watching it. Personally, I think nature intended for that area to be for export only.

The penalty for masturbation in Indonesia is decapitation (although intuitively one feels they should simply cut off your hands); why should we be any less tolerant? Hand job films: gone.

And when the dust settles? With no visual depictions of porn left, the only thing to go after will be literary or artistic depictions. If you doubt that, recall that this is the administration that went so far as to spend immense sums of money to preserve the modesty of Lady Justice by draping statues that included nudity.

When China asked Google to censor its searches (see my story here), the United States stayed silent. Why? Simple, how can the US condemn China when this administration wants the exact same thing?

When the whole world condemns China for executing thousands of non-violent offenders, the US remains equally silent and for the same reason.

Just recently a man was sentenced to 140 years for producing and distributing child pornography. (Hat tip to Sentencing Law and Policy). This happened in the US, in case you thought I was speaking of Malaysia. This sentence is so harsh that in the end it will be more convenient to kill and dispose of the children in the films than leave any live witnesses to testify. Average sentences for killing children are much less severe and the crime harder to prove.

And don't bother saying I condone such filthy and irredeemable evil, but it is precisely because sentencing guidelines have become unreasonable that we have more dead victims of certain crimes than in times past. Instead of simply molesting children and going their way, these pedophiles now see that even if they serve their sentences in full they may be kept indefinitely in prison. The only solution is to kill the witnesses, something that was rare and unheard of when I was a child. Instead of saving our children, we have condemned them to death.

If they can hand out sentences like toilet paper then 30 to 50 years in prison for watching regular porn is not far behind.

If I said name a country that wants to censor porn, has draconian drug/porn laws, where a majority of its citizens favors the death penalty, whose government treats science as secondary to their point of view, what country would that be? Years ago we would have focused our guesses on barbaric throwbacks of civilization such as North Korea, Saudi Arabia, and Iran. Today, I'm ashamed to include our country in that company.
