Why Obama Will Not Be Re-Elected
By Bernie on 29 Aug 2010
Regular reader B.W. sent me an email joke which has nothing to do with Obama, but I immediately recognized that it applied to his chances for re-election in 2012.
Here's the email:
A turkey was chatting with a bull. 'I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree' sighed the turkey, 'but I haven't got the energy.'
'Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?' replied the bull. 'It's full of nutrients.'
The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree.
The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch.
Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the tree.
He was promptly spotted by a hunter, who shot him out of the tree.
Moral of the story:
Bull Shit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there...
Disclaimer: I voted for this jive turkey in 2008 because I thought he'd be the worst US President in history and hopefully Americans will get enough of a dose of socialism to swear off the stuff forever. In addition, I expect him to screw things up so badly that gold will spike to its highest level in 6,000 years of recorded history and make me very wealthy.
I will vote for him again in 2012 because he is royally effing things up. Gold was $734 an ounce when I voted for him in November 2008, it is now $1234 an ounce. Keep on truckin' Obama!
