local Islamist leaders erected a provocative display outside a major Shiite shrine. It shows four mannequins wearing the hijab, the traditional Muslim head covering for women, while behind four mannequins with uncovered heads are laced with burns, shackled in chains and have red strands lapping at their feet to simulate a fiery afterlife.
The message to Iraqi women is clear: Dress modestly, or burn in hell.

The only difference between Americans and Muslims is that America got rid of slavery in a few decades while it took more than a thousand years for Islam to officially do likewise and only under heavy pressure from western countries. However, in practice, slavery still exists under Islam.

One often hears the defeatist whine that it's impossible for us to win in Afghanistan because we are squandering our military resources in Iraq.

Giving peace a chance is a meaningless phrase uttered by idiot liberals who put their faith in the ultimate goodness of ruthless dictator thugs. I am not that willing to let my life and the fate of the world hang on such a futile hope.

Saddam violated the terms of the 1991 ceasefire and so the 2003 invasion of Iraq is merely a continuation of the war that started in 1991 when Saddam invaded Kuwait and was indeed a threat to our security interests there.

Saddam could have buried the state of New Jersey in Iraqi sands without the possibility of it being found for centuries.

It's a good thing Iraq doesn't have a lot of chickens, otherwise Liberal idiots would be whining that we went to Iraq because of Kentucky Fried Chicken.

If Al Sharpton wants to do right by black youth he should be encouraging them to leave the big cities and join the army - where it's a lot safer for them.

when you grow up under a sexually-repressed, female-enslaved, male-dominated system such as Islam, then tomatoes look like the image here or worse.

good tidings from Iraq will increase in the coming months spelling doom to anti-War candidates. No doubt all the Democratic candidates for any office are praying for severe increases in the US military death toll

If opposition to US foreign policy were an indicator of patriotism, Osama Bin Laden would be the most patriotic American alive!

I am opposed to anti-war demonstrations. However I like the idea of Breasts not Bombs in principle. I think that if the women in Muslim countries ran around bare breasted there would be fewer frustrated, blue-balled Islamic maniacs running around.

It's everywhere. Visit any forum on steroids, cars, ipods, whatever, invariably you will find a rant about how George Bush engineered the destruction of the WTC just so he could invade Iraq to help his oil buddies.

Liberal Idiots have been disputing President Bush's often repeated assertion that "we fight them there so we don't have to fight them here" as fear-mongering and that the fighting in Iraq is nothing more than native Iraqis fighting for power and turf.

Our new military is filled with children of well-to-do parents who cannot wait to go to fight in Iraq. That is why the anti-war movement cannot take off in this country: those who don't want to fight don't have to.

On tonight's "Real Time With Bill Maher" Robin Williams made this idiotic remark: "100,000 Iraqis died" [because of our invasion of Iraq]. As if the number of deaths alone is proof that a war is wrong. In that case we should have stayed out of World War II.

The shmoo report asks one question of those who criticize Bush and the USA for this war and the defense of freedom: How else would you combat the Muslim threat represented by Osama Bin Laden?

Ok - everybody's angry. Amazingly, they all know who did it. Shiites know it's the Sunnis; the US knows it's al-Qaeda; Iranian nutjob Mahmoud Ahmadinejad blames it on the Zionists and the US:

The mayor of New Orleans apologized on Tuesday for saying the hurricane-ravaged city would be rebuilt as a "chocolate" city and for blaming the storm on the wrath of God over U.S. involvement in Iraq.
