"Soon the world's diplomats will be assembling at the UN to discuss recognition of a Palestinian state and it is very important that we remind them of Schalit so that the whole world does not become complicit in such crimes..."

Some of my readers may have read on other blogs about the brutal murder of the Fogel family last Friday in the town of Itamar, north of Jerusalem, by two Arab terrorists. The Palestinians slayed the family in their house while they were sleeping: Rabbi Udi Fogel (36), his wife Ruth (34), 11-year-old Yoav, four-year-old Elad and three-month-old Hadas.

In the following video we see something that is stronger than 1.5 billion Muslims, stronger than all the Arab armies purchased with billions in oil revenues, stronger than anything in the Quran: The spirit of the Jews in Israel. Here is the face of a people who have lived under the siege of Muslim terrorism for more than 60 years.

The Indo-Bangladeshi barrier is a 4,000-kilometer fence that India is presently constructing to seal off the Indian-Bangladeshi border to prevent Muslims from entering India.

Islamists and their apologists often complain that there is a double standard in the way the non-Muslim world views the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. One often comes across Muslim comments at my blog complaining that the West has closed its eyes to so-called Israeli atrocities.

Muslims conveniently ignore the fact that the Sabra and Shatila attacks were in retaliation for the Damour massacre where Palestinians killed Christians in the city of Damour where over 4,000 people died. Whether Israel was there or not the Sabra and Shatile attacks would have happened anyway. Palestinians in Lebanon should never have involved themselves taking the side of Muslims against Christians. They brought this on themselves.

One of the persistent lies used by those who support terror groups like Hamas and Hezbollah is that Palestinians are merely fighting in self-defense against an enemy that purposely targets children.

For over 3,300 years, Jerusalem has been the Jewish capital. Jerusalem has never been the capital of any Arab or Muslim entity. Even when the Jordanians occupied Jerusalem, they never sought to make it their capital, and Arab leaders did not come to visit.

"The whole time I accompanied her, I saw a caring mother who was at her baby's bedside night and day. She didn't eat, she lost weight and she cried. I myself saw to it that she ate. I saw her faint when she was informed there was a small chance her son would get well. I saw her when she was told there was no longer a chance, and she stood there and caressed Mohammed, with tears, as though parting from him."

It is interesting to note that the anti-Semites in Britain and Europe back in the 40s and 50s used to tell Jews, "Why don't you get out and go to your homeland in Israel." Well, now that the Jews are in Israel, the anti-Semites in Britain and Europe are asking the Jews to get out of Israel! Is there no satisfying these Jew-haters?

Europeans who know how to use a calculator and add up all the pluses and minuses in the Middle East will quickly conclude that if Israel were to suddenly disappear, the world would suffer a tragic loss. If all the Muslims in the world were to suddenly disappear, well, what a wonderful world that would be.

Under Jordanian Arab rule the so-called Palestinians were treated like junk-yard dogs. Under Israeli rule they finally had opportunities most Arabs in Arab countries do not have. Palestinians under the thumb of Israel have a higher literacy rate than Arabs in almost every single Arab state and live better than the majority of Arabs not under Israeli rule.

I suppose accidents happen, but as political commentator Tom Gross told Haaretz: “this isn’t the first time Reuters had been caught altering photos to make them less sympathetic to Israel. They did so, for example, in the 2006 Lebanon war.
“Everyone makes mistakes, including journalists, but every time Reuters says it makes a mistake, it does so to Israel’s detriment, and this looks suspiciously like a deliberate pattern.”

Ships forcing their way into Gaza do nothing to aid the people there. International aid organizations using land crossings supply all the necessary food, medicine and clothing to the Strip.

if aid and comfort were the sole objective of the operation, the material would have been calmly handed to the United Nations' agencies which would have forwarded it to the network of humanitarian associations and NGOs inside the afflicted zone. Either Egypt or Israel would have checked it and would have, under international obligation, sent it across the cease fire lines.

A suicide bomber's mission is successful when he has tallied up a large number of Crusader and Zionist deaths. A suicide activist's mission is successful when he has tallied up a large number of fellow activist deaths. So it must be very disappointing to the Islamist thugs aboard the Gaza Flotilla that only nine died.

The photo was published in Haaretz, an Israeli paper and was taken by Israel Defense Forces when activists on board a six-ship flotilla carrying aid to the Gaza Strip repelled a vicious attack by Israel Navy commandos who boarded their Turkish-flagged boat early Monday.
At least nine innocent civilians were killed, most sleeping in their beds, unaware they were being fired upon.

Turkey has been trying to join the European Union for more than 50 years. It should never be allowed to join. It is not a European country, its culture is not European, its people are still rooted in the barbaric 7th century.

The media is calling them Pro-Palestinian activists. That's inaccurate. They are blockade runners during a time of war and they should all be shot. It is instructive to note that some of these idiots brought along infants purposely hoping that Israeli soldiers would kill a few to spark international outrage. Where is the international outrage against Nilufer Cetin, a Turkish woman who put her one-year-old child in harm's way? What is this, a peaceful 4-day cruise in the Mediterranean?

When Israel designs weapons, even those to be used in urban warfare against mortal enemies, she makes sure, as always, that there is minimal impact on innocent civilian lives.

There are 47 Muslim-majority nations with a combined land area of 29,685,657 square kilometers, almost 1/5th of the entire land mass of the planet.
Teensy-weensy Israel occupies 21,642 sq km or almost 1/70th of 1% of the Earth's land surface. But according to Muslims, this infinitesimal, teeny, tiny sliver of once mostly barren desert, is too much of a land grab by Jews.

Some of my regular readers may have noticed that since the War in Gaza last January, we have had a few new Muslim visitors. Some of these new readers have left rather nasty comments about Israel and Jews usually repeating the lie that Israel kills Palestinians for no good reason. I like to think that I am a pretty good detective so I considered the following:

Obama is "dangerously deranged," or in the words of French President Nicolas Sarkozy "dangerous[ly] aliéné”. Some of you may object that the American people would not be so stupid as to elect a dangerous lunatic as head of their country. I need only remind you that it happened once before in another country not so long ago.

In my article The Difference Between Israelis and Palestinians I pointed out that in Israeli fairy tales the story ends with peace between natural enemies while in Palestinian fairy tales the story ends with the death of the Jews and Israel wiped off the map.
