United States Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano said that 'the system worked' on December 7, 1941 when the Japanese military attacked the American naval fleet at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

First, its navy would neutralize the American fleet with a surprise attack on Pearl Harbor. Japan would also seize America's central Pacific bases at Guam and Wake islands and invade the Philippines. With American naval power crippled, Japan's military would be free to seize Burma, Malaya, Singapore, and the Dutch East Indies in a series of rapid amphibious operations. Japan would then establish a defensive ring around its newly conquered empire by fortifying islands in the south and the central Pacific.

I believe everyone has the right to their opinion. There should be no law to prevent her from saying that Jews are descended from apes and pigs, if that is what she believes. And while I cannot decide whether she looks more like an ape or a pig, I also believe that she should not need to apologize for her remarks - if that is what she believes about Jews, then she should not be forced to resign or say she's sorry for what she said.

A few weeks ago, Governor Jan Brewer took President Obama to task for making Arizona's unsecured borders and illegal immigration crisis a laughing matter. I estimate his mortgage payments including property taxes were $1600 a month. He had a job, he had a wife that could have gotten a job.
